PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla., March 27 — Washington Nationals second baseman Anderson Hernandez, dealing with a left hamstring strain, said on Friday that he believes he can recover by Opening Day. Hernández injured his hamstring on Wednesday night while running down the first base line. Initially, he crumpled to the ground and needed assistance leaving the field.
